We remind you that Ecuadorian companies with foreign partners or shareholders must submit, until January 31, 2025, the following documents in the virtual portal of the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance :

1. Certificate of legal existence of the foreign company, apostilled and translated;
2. List of ultimate beneficial owners (UBO) to each foreign company, including: full names, address, marital status and email;
3. Power of attorney granted by each foreign company in favor of an Ecuadorian representative or attorney-in-fact, apostilled and translated.
