Background:

• On January 8, 2024, the President of the Republic, Daniel Noboa Azín, issued Executive Decree 110, through which he declared a State of Emergency throughout the national territory.
  
• Through Executive Decree 135, mobility restrictions were implemented according to the risk levels identified in each canton, categorizing them as "High", "Medium" or "Low". Also, Executive Decree 193 extended the measures implemented on January 8, 2024, from 60 to 90 days.

New curfew schedule: Executive Decree 205 (March 21, 2024), modified the applicable schedules for each canton. Please see bellow some of the new schedules:
