MILESTONES

During the pandemic, the firm advised the creation of a new low-cost airline for the Ecuadorian market in all legal areas necessary by the company.

We helped Luxembourg-based cargo airline Cargolux Airlines International resume flights to Ecuador after it suspended its activity in the country during the Covid-19 pandemic.

During the pandemic, the firm advised the establishment of the foreign branch of JetSMART Peru, a new ultra-low-cost airline for operations in the Ecuadorian market. JETSMART, one of the fastest-growing airlines in the Americas, belongs to the renowned Indigo Partners fund. We support in all regulatory and financial matters to start regular flights to Ecuador in March 2024.
