MILESTONES
Our team has advised on the largest investment contracts signed in Ecuador. As of the end of 2023, the largest ongoing process in which we provide advice is a contract worth USD 3.5 billion.
Our team was a pioneer in obtaining the refund of amounts paid to the customs authority for measures established in Ecuadorian legislation but contrary to Ecuador's international commitments.
